Q: How do I reset the module?
A: Hold down the + & - buttons together, then turn on the power
Q: Can I use the trigger inputs on the back for 2 crashes or 2 tom toms or do they only work properly as assigned?
A: The inputs on the back are preassigned for an add-on tom and crash and will only work properly as labeled.
Q: Why won’t the USB connection work with my computer?
A: The USB drivers in the Kat module may not be compatible with your computer. Therefore you should use a MIDI-to-USB cable to interface with your computer.
Q: Some of my pads are not responding well?
A: Make sure your wire harness is fully secured in the bottom of the module.
Q: What is the warranty period for my drum kit?
A: One Year
Q: I lost my owner's manual. Where can I find one?
A: Go to the Katpercussion.com website and under the support tab you will find all of the Kat manuals and parts diagrams.
Q: One of the tubes on my KT3 kit is too short and does not fit across the front?
A: Make sure you are using the 19.5" tubes for the front horizontals and not the 21.5" by mistake.

Q: How do I reset the module?
A: Enter the Utility Menu and scroll to the last page where you will find "Reset All". Press enter to reset your module.
Q: Why won’t the Hi-Hat sensor sense the foot close motion?
A: Make sure to depress the Hi-Hat plunger all the way down to clear out any dirty or clogged connections. Also make sure the sensor unit is turned on.
Q: Some of my pads are not responding well?
A: Make sure your wire harness is fully secured in the bottom of the module.
Q: What is the warranty period for my drum kit?
A: One Year

Q: What pedals do I need to get to expand my Multipad into a small drumset?
